We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Just send us an email at service@utensivo.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue (if the item is defective or incorrect)
Your preference—refund or exchange
We’ll get back to you promptly with return instructions and our return address.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In resaleable condition
With original tags and packaging still attached
Items that are stained, damaged, or show signs of wear are not refundable—unless the issue was our mistake.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs and proper packaging are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a standard postal service with tracking. Once you’ve sent the item, just email us the tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
A full refund will be issued if the item meets all return conditions above.
A partial refund may be offered for items that are not in original condition (e.g., damaged or stained) through no fault of ours.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the return. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to show in your account.
If you haven’t seen the refund after 14 days, please double-check your bank account again. If it’s still not there, contact your card issuer—once the refund has left our system, the rest of the timeline is in your bank’s hands.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation, as your order may already have been processed or shipped.
